10 Years of Impact & A Big Announcement!
We are overjoyed to be celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Feast Over Famine! In mid-September 2015, Ryan left his corporate career and time at Red Bull to chase after a dream involving a better blend of business, mission, and overall impact! We are so thankful for what the journey has been over these last 10 years and to be a small part of so many organizations that are making the world a better place & serving those in need.
Some of our favorite highlights below:
We are so proud and so thankful for what these 10 years have been, and to have been part of the impact that these organizations have had in serving Jesus. Thank you to all of you for the work you do in serving others globally and for letting us be a part of those journeys!
We are thankful for the impact we have had alongside our clients. We also value rest and soul care very deeply and are excited to share that Ryan will be taking a 3 month sabbatical! From October 15th, 2025 - January 15th, 2026 his focus will be to rest, revive, and dream about what the next 10 years of impact can look like.
This will be a complete unplug season to spend with Jesus, family, friends, and nature. We are so excited about this season and thankful that he will be taking the time away to press into the deeper, simple, yet beautiful rest that Jesus invites us into.
While Ryan is out, Eileen Lam will be running all things Feast Over Famine. We have already been working for the past couple of months with our clients to ensure every detail is covered to set them up for success. However, here are some notes that may be helpful:
If you are a current or past client that has a question, need, document, or anything, please reach out to Eileen and she can support you in getting you what is needed.
If you have a referral of an organization you would like us to meet or work with, please send those to Eileen as she will be doing our business development in this season and sharing the work we do with potential clients and partners.
Eileen has a fantastic background in both for profit / non profit organizations, as well as experience in both domestic and international ministries. She would be delighted to support you all in whatever needs you have in this season.
Finally, if you are reading this news of Ryan’s sabbatical and finding yourself worn out, burnt out, fatigued from compassion, isolated as a leader, or just yearning for support in any of the work you are doing, we would love to highlight the work of Soul Care. There are many fantastic organizations doing wonderful things in the soul care space, but we have had a special connection to the work of Mindy Caliguire and the Soul Care team for many years. Please explore what they do and reach out if you have any needs in this area.
